International Shipments: [All shipments made outside the EU may become subject to taxes and fees. additional customs, mainly because each country has its own legislation and trade agreements. At Ü Brand we assign ato each order tracking number so that your order will be located at all times. With a call to the courier company, you will know where your order is at that moment.

1.4. Delivery

Once an order has been placed, the delivery time is between 2 and 3 working days (except in periods of special promotions, see below). The Buyer must take into account, when calculating the shipment of the order, that shipments to the Canary Islands are made only on Tuesday and Thursday.

ATTENTION: Due to BLACK FRIDAY, orders may take a little longer to process. Please, keep in mind that orders placed between 15/11 and 30/11 can have up to 12 working days of process. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Likewise, local, regional and national holidays must be taken into account, since the non-working days increase 24 hours.

If you do not have any item (s) of your order, Ü Brand will inform the Buyer of the new delivery deadline , indicating the possibility of reimbursement of the amounts paid for the specific article (s), or of the substitution for a good of similar characteristics of superior or same quality, at the Buyer's choice.

In the latter case, the Buyer may exercise the rights of withdrawal and resolution in the terms applicable to the property initially purchased.

The products will be sent accompanied by the delivery note. In order to optimize the delivery, Ü Brand will thank the Buyer for indicating an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.

Ü Brand only works with courier companies and specialized transports, in case of absence, the courier will pass a second time to make sure to deliver the order within the established period. If this is not possible, he will contact the Buyer, through the telephone number provided.

Once your order has left the Ü Brand stores, it is in the hands of the transportation company that the Buyer has chosen. Therefore Ü Brand does not control the order. If you have any questions or queries and your package has already left our warehouses, please contact directly the chosen transport company.

The Buyer is responsible for the veracity and correctness of his address data provided. In case there is an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost that may be incurred.

1.5. Warranty and claims

All products offered are original products of the brand, with factory warranty certificate and in principle without any defect.

In case of any defect or lack of conformity, the consumer may choose between the repair or replacement of the affected product, unless the latter is impossible or disproportionate. Basin for it with a period of two months from when it becomes aware of the non-conformity. Ü Brand responds to the lack of conformity that manifests itself within two years of delivery. 1.6. Defective products or erroneous shipments

In the event that the product is returned for lack of conformity (defective products or erroneous shipments), the user will have the right to opt for the return of the economic amount paid or for the return of the product by another of identical characteristics. In these cases will be Ü Brand who will be responsible for the shipping or return of the product.

However,

  • In case of return by wrong delivery, it will be necessary to deliver the product with the packaging in perfect condition, that the product and its accessories are in perfect condition, and that the product be packaged in such a way that deterioration is not possible. during transport, assuming the possible damages during the same. Ü Brand will not accept the return of the product when it shows obvious signs of use.
  • In case of defective product the user will try to get the product in the best conditions.

The refund of the amount will be made according to the way in which the user had paid the purchase initially and provided that the above requirements are met. 

The term of the return will be established by the current regulations.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law you benefit from a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products, to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties except for the shipping costs, as long as it has the consideration of Consumer and User.

All the articles must be returned in identical conditions to those in which they were delivered, with all their wrappings and accessories, provided that it allows to carry out all the checks and manipulations necessary to determine the characteristics and functionalities of the products. The Purchaser will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the articles when he has carried out a handling other than that necessary to establish the characteristics and operation of the products he has acquired.

Ü Brand will not accept the return of the product when it shows obvious signs of use or when a right of withdrawal is not applicable as indicated in the section of each product. The returned product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the delivery note.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouse, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount according to the payment method made by the Buyer. The return costs will not be refunded in any case.

The over cost of the return management expenses will be paid by the user prior to the return, as long as it is returned by means other than that indicated by Ü Brand.
